What is Blossom?
Blossom makes it easy for user researchers and product teams to conduct, synthesize, and share video insights from zoom recorded user interviews.

Once Blossom is installed and you've logged in with Zoom, you can easily do the following:

1. Take notes or leave markers
during your user interview over Zoom.
2. Create video insights after your meeting has ended.
3. Share video insights with the products such as: Slack, Miro, Notion, Jira, and more.

How can I use Blossom?
Blossom is currently invite-only. You can request early access to Blossom Here

Who uses Blossom?
Everyone involved in the user research and development lifecycle.

Where is my video recording?
Meetings that have been recorded directly to Zoom's cloud will be available as soon as Zoom has finished processing them. The amount of time this takes is based on the length of the cloud recording, and can take anywhere from 5-90 minutes. You must have a Zoom Pro account to use Blossom.

Uninstall Blossom


Blossom Tutorial:
Learn how to uninstall Blossom from your Zoom account.

Step 1: Log in to your Zoom account and navigate to the Zoom App Marketplace.

Step 2: Click Manage > Installed Apps or search for the Blossom app.

Step 3: Click the Blossom app.

Step 4: Click Uninstall. All of your recordings, notes, and video insights will be deleted within 10 days of uninstallation of Blossom.
